Post Construction
The Post Construction phase of a project for some contractors tends to drag on forever. Not at MJ Hughes we aggressively go after all missing documentation including operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, material certifications, payrolls, etc. It’s not a difficult or lengthy process as we strive to maintain these throughout the project. Our post construction services then include:
- Expediting final completion
