Klickitat Bridge Highway Projects

This project required building a detour roadway with traffic control devices, major earthwork, and the temporary diversion of a stream; removal of an old existing bridge; and replacing it with a concrete cast-in-place structure. The challenges for this work consisted of a very remote location to suppliers; a very tight work area; weather extremes; and a water window for completion.
