Sougrass Creek Culvert Replacement

MJ Hughes overcame several obstacles in completing this contract with the Oregon Department of Transportation. These challenges included working in the prime salmonoid-bearing watershed, 24-7 traffic control, narrow and steep work access, and shoring the open roadway while excavating and constructing the bridge in stages. In the end, MJ Hughes successfully removed the 12′ diameter existing culvert and installed a new bridge in its place.
