Vista House Epoxy and Grout Injection

The project was located at the historic Vista House in the Columbia River Gorge.   MJ Hughes Construction performed work as a subcontractor to Tapani, Inc.  The work involved epoxy crack sealing and crack injection of existing concrete surfaces.  Work on this project involved sealing approximately 2,500 lineal feet of cracks in concrete columns and viaduct vertical faces and approximately 500 lineal feet of crack injection.  MJ Hughes also performed grout injection to fill voids in self-consolidating concrete (SCC) and in the existing concrete observation deck around the Vista House.
