PGE Boardman VFD Cooling Modifications

Project Description

The project consisted of excavating and constructing new cast-in-place concrete footings, a new cast-in-place concrete slab, and a galvanized steel structure to accommodate the new VFD cooling system. This project occurred under a truncated timeline with limited time to get the structural steel submitted, approved, and fabricated to be ready for installation on the project site. From start to finish the project took less than two months to complete including all the required submittals, the steel fabrication, and site construction.
